Evanston TreeKeepers worked with the City of Evanston’s forestry crew to clear dead and invasive trees from a section of the North Shore Channel’s northwest bank in the Ladd Arboretum yesterday. We were opening up areas for a May planting of native tree and shrub seedlings donated by the National Wildlife Federation.
